Tender For Facilitating Engagement With Senior Private Sector Leadership For Strengthening The Coalition For Reproductive Justice In Business In India UNFPA India seeks a qualified agency to drive the adoption and implementation of SRHR-focused workplace policies within the private sector under the CRJB. The agency will be responsible for guiding companies in piloting and institutionalizing the six CRJB focus areas. The agency will work closely with UNFPA Indias Resource Mobilization & Partnerships and Innovations team. The agency will provide strategic advisory, facilitate policy development, enhance corporate engagement, and establish mechanisms for impact measurement to advance the CRJB agenda in the private sector. • Map private sector companies across sectors to identify potential alignment with CRJB and develop strategies and pitches tailored to relevant companies • Support and formalize potential partnerships with at least one Industry Association, or Workplace Cultures Rating agencies, and other relevant organizations, with its alignment to CRJB. • Conduct one-on-one stakeholder consultations - primarily online with at least two held in person in either Delhi or Mumbai - with private sector companies to gauge interest in CRJB, assess readiness for SRHR integration across the six focus areas, and carry out rapid due diligence. • Conduct policy gap assessments for the companies to evaluate existing workplace policies. • Identify company-specific priorities, workforce needs, and potential challenges to tailor the engagement approach. • Generate insights to build a business case for SRHR adoption and position CRJB as an industry-leading initiative leveraging UNFPA’s ROI-T. • Conduct a rapid review of 8 to 10 existing private sector corporate policies aligned with the six focus areas of CRJB and support in contextualization as per the Indian context. • Develop tailored implementation roadmaps in line with the structure and goals of the identified companies. • Identify at least three companies and work closely to support the adoption and integration of any or all of the six CRJB focus areas
