Tender For Quotation On Bus Body Repairs Of City Ord, Pvg & Express Buses Repair to front wind screen glass frame/fabrication of new Front Wind Screen glass frame Repairs to front-end structure Including cowl, head light reinforcement and MS Pillars A & B horizontal/vertical members, show grill and corner domes Dash Board structure complete new & both side cabin under-frames structure (MS including provision & fitment of AL 10G chequered sheet & wheel arch boxes which also includes cabin truss panel section & Instrument cluster. Driver cabin platform repair-including pedal tees, Repairing and refitting the front foot boards of the bus Repairing drivers door (including glass fitting). Fabrication and installation of out riggers E.2 Fabrication and installation of antisag bar Front end structure repair including Eicher head light side air grills center grill structure, Replaning the Eicher front cowl panels and headlamp tees panels, Attention of repairs to bonnet seating area. REAR END STRUCTURE Rear end body repair or replacement including comers & body panels for bus with single rear saloon glass which includes replacement of E2 MS pillars & E2 Horizontals MS members at cant & waist level Repairing and refitting the foot board at the back of the bus. Repairing luggage carrier platform welding where necessary. Repairing and repositioning of ladders and unladders. Removing or closing the center/back putt board. Fitting of new external panels on both sides of the bus (including pillars and truss panels and repair of skirt) .A) Removal of shutter frames and glass E. Repair including section prem and fit with new rubber and lay new terin felt. B) Repairing mud type shutter frames and installing flak channel. C) Removing top fixed glasses and re-gluing with PU sealant. fitment of rubrail supporting channel, Pillar to pillar 40 x 40 square pipe Replacement of top fixed Z channel Preparation of E-1 wheel arch exterior panels and repairs to wheel arch dome (Including Chequered sheet on wheel arch dome) Repairs to E.1 body Alu pillar (fitment of L-cleats, extension/trimming etc.) SALOON INTERIOR & EXTERIOR Removal and refitting of saloon flooring at rear wheels. A) Repairing old flooring salon (per square foot). Manufacture of mud guard panels along with rubber mats at Arbes Talugu Wheels, Replacement of existing intermediate comb rail maintainers in case they are beyond repair. Fabrication and fitting of interior pillar covers peening both sides and saloon) Fabrication of Cabin mounting beds (40 x 40 MS angular). Centre and rear foot boards roof cant rail and its repairs with panel work. Reinforced between roof & bottom with stanction pipe near spare tyre fitment. Arresting of roof leakage at luggage carrier legs portion and at roof top exterior panels overlapping area. Repair & replacement of interior ceiling portion E.1 bay. Attention of repair to emergency exit door. Provision of fluted strips in gang way.
