    Tender For Painting Work Of Earth Risers And Equipments Installed At (132Kv Gss) Rvpnl, Rooparail (Jhalawar). Knamcl Painting of Hay Equipments :-using spray painting set. including supply of paint .emery papcr.clolh & solvenls.ctc. at GSS by cleaning surface throughly with soda/caustic solution to clean oily surface and thereafter washing with water.thereafter.two coats of smoke gray synthetic enamel paint shall be applied by spray method. Each coal shall be applied after the previous coat has dried up. The paints used shall beout of following recognized manufactures. namely Asian/Ncrolac/Bcrger/Johnson Nicholson/Dulux.Jn case of surface area radiators.ihose fins only be considered which are only feasible and approachable for painting by spray or by brush. Bay Equipments(CB,CT,PT,Kiosk etc.). Painting of Earth connections risers of various Equipement and structure of substation (Non-BSR) To clean the earthing connections risers of various structures of switchyard including removing the rust/dustat GSS by cleaning surface throughly with soda/caustic solution to clean oily surface and thereafter washing with waterand after dry first Paint Red-oxide on earthing connections risers.thereafter painting of 1st grade Asian/Nerolac/Berger/Johnson Nicholson/Dulux.Green shade Paint with two coats of enamal paint joining of old risers with new mesh whenever required at 132 KV ,33 KV side.
