Tender For Misc. Civil Repairing In Door Sanchar Bhawan, Mall Road, Kanpur.; 1 Sub-Head : Carriage of Materials 2 Carriage of materials by Mechanical Transport including loading, unloading and stacking : 3 Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note - item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement/ plying of load carrying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more. 4 Sub-Head : Masonry Work 5 Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. 6 Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) 7 Extra for half brick masonry in superstructure, above floor V level for every four floors or part thereof by mechanical means. 8 Sub-Head : Stone Work 9 Stone tile work for wall lining upto 10 m height with special adhesive over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement with an admixture of pigment to match the stone shade. 10 8mm thick (mirror polished and machine cut edge) 11 Granite stone of any colour and shade. 12 Sub-Head : Cladding Work 13 Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick marble stone counters, Vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. 14 Marble work 15 Sub-Head : Woodand P.V.C. Work 16 Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete. 17 Sub-Head : Steel Work 18 Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. 19 Hot finished welded type tubes. 20 Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows all complete with : 21 4.0 mm thick glass panes. 22 Galvanised iron work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. 23 40 mm GI pipe on staircase railing 24 Sub-Head : Flooring 25 Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : 26 25 mm thick. 27 Sub-Head : Finishing 28 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 29 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) 30 Pointing on tile brick work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) : 31 Flush / Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing. 32 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : 33 Two or more coats on new work. 34 Extra for providing 15 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6( 1 cement :6 fine sand) instead of 12 mm cement plaster of mis 1:6 ( 1 cement :6 fine sand) 35 Sub-Head : Repairs to Buildings 36 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-harge. 37 With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand). 38 Providing services of fabricator oriented work for repairing of steel windows for smooth functioning including replacement of its fittings if any, ( fittings shall be paid seperately) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 39 Providing labour/ beldar for cleaning of roof malba, cutting of tree branches, removal of pipal/ bargad or other small trees, grass, bushes etc from the terrace of the building or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 40 Credit of unserviceable fittings and other materials recieved from replacement / dismantling: 41 Old MS angle, flats and similar item 42 Repairing of dilapidated RCC roof ceiling, Chajjas and similar after removing scaled and damaged cement concrete/mortar by chipping with chisel and wire brush and finishing with cement mortar 20 mm to 40 mm thickness of mix 1:3 ( 1 cement :3 coarse sand) in layers not exceeding in 20 mm as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 43 Sub-Head : Dismantling and Demolishing 44 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. 45 Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) 46 Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.. 47 In cement mortar 48 Sub-Head : Road Work 49 Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping complete. 50 Sub-Head : Sanitary Installations 51 Providing and fixing CP Brass health faucet with 1m long PVC hose of approved brand and manufacture and of approved shade - 15mm 52 Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm PTMT pillar taps, 32 mm PTMT waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require: 53 Stainless steel AISI-304(18/8) round basin 405x355 mm with single 15 mm PTMT pillar tap 54 Sub-Head : Water Supply 55 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. : Internal work - Exposed on wall 56 15 mm nominal outer dia. Pipes. 57 20 mm nominal outer dia. Pipes. 58 25 mm nominal outer dia .Pipes. 59 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. :Concealed work, including cutting chases and making good the walls etc. 60 32 mm nominal outer dia .Pipes. 61 Providing and fixing CPVC unions for CPVC pipe line including cutting and fixing. 62 20 mm dia 63 for 25mm dia pipe line 64 Providing and fixing PTMT bib cock of approved quality and colour. 65 15 mm nominal bore, 122 mm long. Weighing not less than 99 gms. 66 Providing and fixing CPVC quarter turn gate valve of approved quality : 67 20 mm nominal bore 68 40 mm dia 69 50 mm dia 70 Sub-Head : Conservation of Heritage Buildings 71 Raking out joints of stone masonry surface to the required width and depth, with due care and precaution, by mechanical / manual means, including preparing and cleaning the surface for re-pointing/ refilling of joints, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metre lead. 72 Sub-Head : Routine Repairs 73 Supply of steel window hinges of approved quality as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
