    Tender For Boiler Furnace Area Brick With Reconditioning Work-Removal of dislocated bricks and arranging properly as per drawing.2. Refractories and fire clay should be used properly.3. Furnace front wall dislocated bricks has to be rearranged.4. In all feeder mouth rectification has to be made inside the furnace.5. Proper insulators has to be provided outside the furnace in coal screw feeder area.6. All the flue gas escaping gaps has to be arrested using refractory material at provided areas.7. Proper grade refractory materials should be used to withstand high temperature around 900°C. (WHYTHEAT –K) &(PORSCAST-90) GRADES has to be used.8. The dislocated furnace brick wall in Co-gen boiler to be dismantled and re- constructed with proper strengthening.9.All the required material supply such as bricks, hard setting compound, siscast etc will be of the contractor scope
