Pan Body Tube Plate Dully Drilled, Machined, Annulled As Per Below Specifications: A) Dia Of Tube Plate 4100 Mm B) Thick Of Tube Plate 32 Mm C) Ligament Of Tube15 Mm D) Pitch Of Tube55 Mm At 60ºc E) Od Of Ss Tube 108 Mm F) No. Of Tubes 960 Mm (Approx.) G) Length Of Tube 920 Mm H) Heating Surface Area300 M² Top And Bottom Tube Plate Pair With 32 Mm Thickness Ms Plate Calanderia Complete In All Respect With Down Take, Two Side Condensate Removal Points, Exhaust/Vapour Inlet Connection Etc. Tube Plates Should Be Polished/Reamer Finished After Drilling To The Size Suitable For 108 Mm Od Ss Tube In It. Finished Tube Plates Are To Be Used As Pair, Therefore Drilling Should Be Done In Care And The Tie Rods Etc To Be Placed Properly. Drg. Of Tube Plate/Calanderia Should Be Approved From Cc/Ce Before Start Of Job And Supply Of Material.
