Sub Head :Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract Of Vrf System At Mdcsc Dda.; 1 Comprehensive annual maintenance contracti/c routine/ preventive, break down maintenance & repair/ replacement of components of VRF cassette type system comprising of all machinery, equipments etc. as per additional condition, inventory as given in Annexure ‘A’ and schedule of routine & preventive maintenancegiven in Annexure ‘B’. etc complete as required. 2 Supply and replacement offollowing items for14 HP VRFsystem (Circuit-1) comprising of all machinery, equipments etc. as per additional condition, inventory as given in Annexure ‘A’ and schedule of routine & preventive maintenancegiven in Annexure ‘B’. etc complete as required. 3 Supply and fixing of compressor set 4 Supply and fixing of inverter PCB 5 Supply and replacement offollowing items for14 HP VRFsystem (Circuit-2) comprising of all machinery, equipments etc. as per additional condition, inventory as given in Annexure ‘A’ and schedule of routine & preventive maintenancegiven in Annexure ‘B’. etc complete as required. 6 Supply and fixing of compressor set 7 Supply and fixing of inverter PCB 8 Supply and fixing of ODU Sensor (all) 9 Supply and fixing of EVV Kit ( Expansion Valve ) 10 repairing of leakage , Nitrogen testing , vaccumizing and commssioning of 14 HP outdoor unit etc.complete as required 11 Supply and filling ofR-410 A refrigerant at existing unitat site as per requirement.
