Tender SUPPLY,INSTALLATION AND OPERATION OF LPG CREMATORIUM IN NEYYATTINKARA MUNICIPALITY--- 1 SUPPLY,INSTALLATION AND OPERATION OF LPG CREMATORIUM 2 Design, Supply & Construction of Cremation Chamberhaving the inner dimensions of 940mm x 1050mm x 2150mm and Outer Dimention will be 1700mm X 2800mm X 1900mm fabricated out of heavy duty material & provided with necessary openings for gasous fuel firing through burners and feeding body. The Primary Chamber shall be constructed with 4 Layersinner most will be 115mm High Temperature fire bricks 2nd layer will be 115mm Hot face Insulation Bricks 3rd layer will be75mm Cold face Insulation brick4th layer will be 25mm Ceramic Fibeer blanket provission to with stand temperature and insulation bricks to ensure minimum heat loss. The furnace shall have Ash collectionchamber with door size of 400mm X 300mm& provision for periodic ash removal. The furnace shall have Mild steel sheets with1.8mm thick finishing on the outer side. The front side of furnace will be covered by moving MS fabricated door linedwith Insulation Bricks. Door operation will be the Mororised /manual. The Furnace will have the 7 Nos of Body Resisting Cast Iron solid Shapped Bricks. 3 Design Supply and Construction of Seconadary Chamber for the Re-Incineration Flue Gas having the inner Sixe of 400mmX1200mmX400mm. The Secondary Chamber shall be constructed with 4 Layersinner most will be 115mmHigh Temperature fire bricks 2nd layer will be 115mm Hot face Insulation Bricks Rajestan Make 3rd layer will be75mm Cold face Insulation brick4th layer will be 25mm Ceramic Fiber blankets provission to with stand temperature and insulation bricks to ensure minimum heat loss. High Alumina Fire Bricks backked with insulation bricks and the outtersixe of 1050mmX1800mmX700mm and the Providing of Flue Gas Entry and Outlet 4 Design, Supply, delivery and Erection of Chimney shall be fabricated out of MS material of thick 8 mm varying from bottom to top with bottom diameter shall not be less than 1000mm and top diameter 324 mm to a height of 30 m (min). Deisgn shall conform to IS 6533 norm and chimney shall be provided with accessories such as Ladder / Platform, Sampling Nozzle, Lightning Arrestor, Drain Plug, Bottom Door etc., and not restricted to only these complete system complying to Std norms. Chimney jointing flange gasket shall be provided by asbestos gasket including testing and commissioning etc., complete.The Base Segment will the 1000mm to 800mm cone, second Segment will the 800mm to 600mm cone, Third Segment will be 600mm to 400mm Cone, Forth segment will be the 400mm to 325mm Cone, The Final Segment will be the 325mm straight Pipe. All the Segments length will be the 6000mm. All the Chimney Flanges Shall be 12mm thick. The Base Plate of the Chimney shall be 25mm thick plate. 5 Duct Line From Cremation Chamber to Scrubbing Unit with Insulating of Refractory Cement The Outer Duct will be Made out of Mild Steel and the Inner will be Lined with Refractory Cement with the thickness of 50mm.the Outer Dia will be 400mm 6 Supply, Delivery and fixing of Centrifugal Fan should be the 5 HP Motor of suitable rating for Sucking of Fumes from the Furnce and letout to the Chimney in terms of Volumetric Flow Rate & Pressure Head development. The Impeller Should be the Stainless Steel SS-304 Grade and the Casing should be the stainless Steel 2 mm thickness.TheMoC shall be MS/SS as dictated by the Incinerator System operation. 7 Duct Line From Scrubber to ID Fan Blower and ID Fan Blower and to the Chimney. The Duct will be Made out of Mild Steel construction with Flanges of 280mm to 325mm Dia. 8 Supply and Installation Motorised Door Movement by using of Reduction gear and bearing Systems. The Motor will be 1/2 HP and the Reduction gear will the 1:150 Ratio forthe Smooth Operation 9 Electrical Panel Board, Back, Electrical cables, Wiring etc., as directed by the departmental officers.The Panel Board will be capable for the Door Operation, Blower and Pump ON/OFF controls, and Burner Control Operations. The Total no. of 4 Burners will have individual Control Switch for Ignition and the Common Switch for the Blower Controls.The Control panel will be Neatly wired with Idienty marked Numbers and the cables for the Door will be the 1.5 Sq mm 3 core wire for the Suitable length from the Control panel o motor, The 4 Nos Burner Cable will the 1.0 Sq.mm 3 core suitable length from the control panel to Burners and the Motor will control the Limit with limit switches. The Fume Duct ID Blower cable will be the 2.5Sq.mm 3 Core cable from Controlpanel to Motor. The Control Panel Should have the MCB. Indicating Lamps, Push Buttons, ON/OFF Switches, Contactors, Temperature Controller, Over load Relays and Thermocouple etc.. 10 LPG burner sets ECOFLAME/Reputed make with LPG bank and control panel supply of 4Nos of burners with blower and fully auto control system. LPG fired ignition, flame sensor and auto cut off imcorporated in a separate controller equivalent to imported control system for air and LPG with auto ignition system and supply of 10 cylinder bank with pipeline from LPG cylinder back upto each burner end by using C class grade matyerial pipe 11 Supply and Fixing of 2HP High Presure Pump for the Scrubbing System with Water Line Connections to the Scrubbing unit and Drain connections to the Tank 12 Supply and Fixing of Hydraulic Trolley with using of Hydraulic Pistons, The trolley should place at the floor Level for the loading of Human Body will have the Dimentions of 740mm width and 4000mm Length for the easy operation for the Loading of Human Body to the Cremation Chamber. 13 Supply of High Presure Stainless Steel Tube Burners with Suitable Lenth for the Cremation Chamber with having the Needle Valve, Non-ReurnValveand Main Shutoff Valve etc… 14 High Pressure venturi Wet Scrubber for entrainment of particulate matters, removal of soluble emissions and sudden quench the emissions, fabricated out of mild steel. The emissions enter in to the scrubber having high-pressure water spray, there by entrained particulate matter is washed down with water with the removal of soluble emissions and also helping in the reduction of the Emission temperature.Necessary inlet and outlet for the Circulation of water will be provided with Pipeline
