Tender For Work for “Mechanical maintenance of ESP along with External cleaning of boiler. - Cleaning of complete structure, electrodes, shock bar, rapping mechanism & hoppers from inside of ESP of one field by wire brush, hard broom and old cloth. 2 Removal of scrap, debris and ash from ESP ash hoppers. 3 Cleaning & Removal of ash/ dust from support insulator by fine cloth. 4 Repairing of bent collecting electrodes in ESP chamber in fix position. 5 Removal of damaged emitting electrode and fixing the new emitting electrode. 6 Servicing/ Repairing / Replacement of rapping hammer in ESP chamber. 7 Repairing / Replacement of shock bar by cutting huck bolts, removal from the collecting electrodes and re fixing the same on shock bar after repairing of shock bar its alignment to have equal gap on both sides in ESP chamber. 8 Repairing/ Re fixing of deflector plates on gas distribution screen. 9 Repairing of eroded portion by welding in ash hopper, ESP roof and other places inside and outside of the ESP chamber. 10 Repairing/ Re erection of new ash deflector plate as per size from M.S. plate of appropriate thickness with the help of gas cutting and welding. 11 Inspection and checking of ESP field and removal of minor defects. 12 Replacement of asbestos rope of ESP hopper manhole, casing manhole and top manhole 13 Changing of damaged support Insulator. 14 Repairing of support insulator screen pipe inside the ESP chamber. 15 Alignment of disturbed emitting structure by opening all the cover plates of support structure.
