Clearing Soil and removal of the rubbish up to a distance 50 metres out side the periphery of the area cleared.

Excavation in foundation trench etc. in earth work lift up to 50mm stacking the excavated soil not more 3 mtr. clear from the edge of excavation then returning the stacked soil in 15 mm layers when required in plinth side of foundation etc. consolidation each deposited layer by ramming & watering then disposing all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 mtr.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1cement:5sand:10graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of from work in foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:11/2:3 (1cement: 1:11/2 Sand: 3 graded Stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of work and reinforcementfor reinforced concrete work in suspended floor landing and shelves and their support balconies beam girderd, bressmeers and cantilever up to floor two level.

Providing mild/tor steel reinforcement for Rcc work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring shuterring and propping etc. vertical surface such as wall ( any thickness) partition and the like including attached piliastersses. buttresses plinth and string course and the like.(vertical Walls)

10mm thick cement plaster laid in 1:4 including curring complete

Providing and fixing 3 Mtr G.I Pipe 40mm dia 1 No andG.I Gate Valve 40mm dia and 1 No Sign board size 0.6x.45 with writing on painted wall of structure as desired

Providing and fixing G.I. wire netting4 mm or SWG 6 in 10 cm x 10 cm mesh with G.I. M/S angle 35x35x5
