    Tender For Tc For Artificers Works At Varunapuri I, Ii & Uwr Under Age B/R–Iiof Ge (Nw) Vasco; 1 To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the tender documents as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the MES standard schedule of rates 2009 Part-I (Specifications) and 2020 (Part-II Rates) hereinafter and in IAFW-2249 referred as the MES schedules with Errata / Amendment No. 1 to 3 for Part-I & Errata/amendments Serial No.1 to 122 including Section-30 (Runway & Pavement) for Part-II as applicable to the said Schedules during the period of one year from the date of Acceptance read in conjuctions with condition 19 of GCC IAFW-2249 (ie from the date of submission of performance security deposit by the contractor) at the rates in the aforesaid MES Schedule and at such other rates as may be fixed under the provisions of Condition 62 of IAFW-2249 (General Conditions of Contracts). 2 NOTES:(i) Bidder shall insert uniform percentage in green field in the 11th row under column 5 of this BOQ sheet.(ii) Bidder shall refer and SELECT the option Excess (+) or Less (-) available at the 11th row under column 4 of this BOQ sheet, to quote the percentage above/ below/ at par on MES SSR-2020 (Part-II).(iii) Amount inserted by MES under the column 5 (Estimated Cost) and total amount reflected under Column 6 are approximate and for reference only. Being Term Contract, work is priced at rates given in SSR and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor on this page.(iv) The total amount of all work orders shall not exceed the Estimated Cost of the work i.e., 15.00 Lakhs. (v) The Estimated Cost of the work i.e., 15.00 Lakhs inserted by MES in the BOQ is at par SSR Part-II 2020 and is for guidance only. The percentage quoted in this BOQ shall only be considered for Acceptance of tender.
