Temporary Electrical Installation Work For Different Programmes Under Mes-Ii- 1 Providing and installation on Hire basis 440VTPN MS with rewirable fuse/HRC fusefixed on angle iron frame incl providing necy inter connection wiring, 2 nosof earthing with earthing attachment and dismantling as directed by EIC after the programme (03 Days) 2 415V, 100 A 3 415V, 63 A 4 Providing and installation on Hire basis 440V, 200 Amp TPN MS with HRC fuse and 250 Amp 4 Bars Copper BBCfixed on angle iron frame incl providing necy inter connection wiring, 2 nosof earthing with earthing attachment and dismantling as directed by EIC after the programme (03 Days) 5 Providing and installation on hire basis 440 V , 100Amp 4 Pole MCCBas incomer with 6-32 Amp or 16 Amp per way, 6 Way TPNMCBDB with all arrangement in a outdoor type pillar box incl interconnection with proper socketing and dismantling as directed by EIC after the programme (03 Days) 6 Providing and installation on hire basis 440 V , 63 Amp 4 Pole MCBas incomer with 16 Amp per way, 6 Way TPNMCBDB with all arrangement in a outdoor type pillar box incl interconnection with proper socketing and dismantling as directed by EIC after the programme (03 Days) 7 Providing and installation on hire basis 500 V, 250 A on load changeover switchincl interconnection with proper socketing and dismantling as directed by EIC after the programme.(03 Days) 8 Supply and drawing of the following sizes pvc insulated and unsheathed multistrandedAl/copper wire on hire basiswith carrying cost at the sites and dismantling as per direction of EIC including socketing,glanding and necessary finishing as required(03 Days) 9 7/0.036(7/20) single core 10 7/0.029(3/20) single core 11 Supply and drawing of the following sizes pvc insulated and unsheathed multicore aluminiumarmoured cable on hire basiswith carrying cost at the sites and dismantling as per direction of EIC including socketing,glanding and necessary finishing as required (03 Days) 12 4C X 50 Sqmmal cable 13 4C X 16Sqmm al cable 14 Providing and Fixing on hire basisfollowing LED Flood lightfittings complete with all accessories and dismantling as directed by EIC after the programme (03 Days) 15 200W LED Flood fittings complete. 16 Providing on hire basis5A/15A plug socket completewith necy wiring in 3x 1.5 sqmm single core copper wire and dismantling as directed by EIC after the programme.(Avg Run-3 Mtr) (03 Days) 17 Supply & Installation on hire basis 10/9 mtrs steel tublar pole with earthing and dismantling as directed by E.I.C (03 Days) 18 Providing on hire basis 600 mm sweep AirCirculator Fan completeincluding transportation, loading , unloadingand and dismantling after programme as per direction of EIC.( 03 Days ) 19 Earthing the installation with proper earthing practices as per direction of EIC (03 Days) 20 Providing on hire basis 440V, 3 Phase CPCB approved diesel generator set for Prime/Standby operation incl transportation ,operation , mobilwithout Diesel for the Programme period.The DG will be run during the testing and programme period. 21 62.5 KVA ( 4Set ) 22 Maintenance, operation & guarding of the above installation by 3 NumbersSkilled and 3 Numbers Unskilled labour per shift , round the clock ( 24 Hrs) from the beginning of the installation and upto dismanting time for proper upkeepment and preventing any unwanted incidents like theft,willful damage etc ( no additional charge will be paid for any unwanted incidents) 23 Transportation Charges for the above materials from godown to sites and from sites to the godown after programme 24 18 % GST on the total amount fromitem no 1 to 15. 25 Supply and handing charges for diesel for the above generator.(As Per actual Running Period) 26 Special Terms and conditions for Temporary E.I. Work -1) Earthing should conform to IS specification. Earth Continuity wire should not be broken / Jointed. Single Earth continuity wire should be used from Earth Bus-Bar to the installation.2) All 3ɸ Electrical Panel Should be earthed by two nos. of separate earthing and 1ɸ panel should be earthed by one no earthing.3) MCB / Rewirable Fuse type Distrubution Board should be installed with proper Trip Current setting / fuse wires. However, MCB type DBs are preferable.4) No Part of the Electrical Circuit in the pandal / Structure shall be within 12 inches of any decorative cloth / paper.5) Ordinary Flexible wires should not be used. Only new PVC insulated & sheathed wires (Bearing ISI mark) or PVC insulated wires of FRLS (Fire Resistant Low Smoke) type (ISI Marked) are allowed.6) All cable ends should be properly sockedted.7) All joints shall be made with porceline insulated connectors. Twisted & lapped joints shall be avoided. But Joints are strictly not allowed in the dias.8) Cables / Wires should run along outside the Dias.9) Ceiling fan (s) / Electrical fittings must not be suspended from the ceiling of Dias. Pedestal fans are not allowed on the Dias. However, Pedestal fans may be installed outside dias, but the body of the fan must be properly earthed. 27 10) T/L fittings shall be of box type (Indoor commercial type). Any kind of open type fittings must be avoided.11) Each A.C. Machine should be connected with a separate circuit and earthing should be provided by separate single earth contunuity wire from Earth Bus-bar.12) P.A. System and Microphone shoud be earthed.13) Sufficient quantity of Fire Extinguishers and First Aid Box should be provided.14) If the DGs are not placed at site on time pro rata rate will be reduced from bill.15) The guarding /security arrangement of all the hired products /installation has to be made by the successful bidder at his/their own cost and responsibility. No additional charge will be paid for any unwanted incidents like theft, damage due to natural calamities or any other reasons whatsoever.16)During entire hiring period any fault to the hired installation shall be rectified/faulty items replaced, at the cost of agency. Suitable man power for attending and rectification/replacement of damaged items has to be provided by the agency at their own cost. Rectification time is 1 hour for the event day and upto 2hrs for other days.17) A test certificate cum safety certificate is to be provided by the agency, duly signed by the Supervisor of the agency after completion of installation.18) A performance guarantee of hired DG sets and AC machines has to be provided by the agency after completion.
