Renovation Of Delivery System By Opening Of Choking Of The Delivery Line Of Pump Set No. 6 Installed At Rohini Sector-23 Sps- 1 Arrangement of all required safety equipments i.e. safety belts, folding ladders, safety helmets, gum boots, oxygen masks etc for safety of manpower during execution of work as the work is to be carried out in 13mtr. deep dry sump ofsewage pumping station. 2 Closing of 500 mm size suction valve & 400 mm size delivery valve of the pump set with the help of manual labour to avoid flooding from suction side in the dry sump. 3 Dismantling of bend & long vertical pipe of 400 mm size delivery line & bend between delivery valve & vertical pipe as per site requiremnet to de-silt the deliery line, cutting all the rusted nuts and bolts by using grinder, gas cutter & other required tool & tackles and demolishing the required amount of C.C. foundation of the bend,taking out the vertical pipe & bend with the help of heavy manual labor. 4 Fixing of dead flanges at open end of delivery side header of pipeline after removing of bend & at open end of interconnection of delivery line and header line to avoid flooding from wet sump & back flow from main header line of 800 mm. 5 Cleaning of silt accumulated inside the delivery line of the pump set with the help of required tools and tackles and manual labour. The job also includes lifting the silt from the dry sump which is approximate 12 mtr. deep and dump the same in the low land area inside the premises of the SPS as per direction of engineer in-charge. 6 Dewatering contained sewage water in the main header line of 800 mm dia 7 Re-fixing of bend &long vertical pipe of 400 mm size delivery line & bend after cleaning of silt with the help of manual labour and fixing new nut-bolts as per requirement. The job also i/c making of the civil foundation of the bend for proper strength of bend & vertical pipe. 8 Opening of 500 mm size suction valve& delivery valve 400 mm dia of the pump set with the help of manual labour including testing and commissioning of the pump sets on load for satisfactory performance of the pump set after connection of electrical cable for the motor & slipring etc.
