(5mile) from the site of work and including watering dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. SI. No. 255 4 Concrete with 4 cm. gauge stone ballast fine sand of 1.25fm and cement in proportion of 1:4:8 in foundation and under floors with ass labour for completion of work SI No. 281 5 Supply & Laying of Dry 40mm,20mm,10mm all mix grit in drain bed 6 Random Course Rbble massonary in 1:4 Cement and fine sand mortar in foundation and plinth, including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 7 Raised pointing with cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus mortar on brick work in proportion of 1:2 including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. 8 Laying of P.C.C. 2cm. gauge approved ballast in proportion 1:2:4 (cement sand stone ballast) requird for proper completion of the work. SI No. 279B 9 R.C.C. works cement appoved coatsesand and 2cmgauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1.5:3 in wall,s and slab,s of drain excluding supply of reingrcement and its binding , but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.I. binding wire an including necessary cantering and shuttening etc.SI. No. 284 10 Mild steet of iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete/brick work (which not including all over rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending supply of steel, its wastage and hook and authorized over lapping shall be measured.
