Support In O & M Activities Of Raw Material Yard Section Of Rmp-1 Category-I Not wearing Crash Helmet, while riding two wheelers in Works Area Category-II All minor safety violations done for first time Category-III Minor subsequent – Repetition of safety violations as detailed under Category-II above. Category-IV Major Safety Violations Minor violation A Height Fall arrester notprovided / used. Rs.4,000/- B Excavation 1 Proper ladder / stepsnot providedfordescending/ ascending 2 Overhanging burden in pit not removed in excavation 3 No inspection of full body harness 4 Dumping excavated earth on the edge of excavation Rs.4,000/- C Electrical 1. Power Cable clampedwith G.I. wires to post/ pillar 2. Loose connection taken from board without proper board plug 3. Power cables/ electrical wires lying on ground in haphazard manner 4. Electrical work without licensed/ competent electrician (LT) 5. Use of improper tools 6. DBs panels etc. not iron clad/are not closed tightly 7. Source of supply / danger board not displayed on the Power Distribution Boards (PDB) 8. Electrical Control Post not provided with Barricading / Shelter/ Canopy 9. Using damaged electrical cables or faulty joints in cables 10. Taking electrical connection without using ELCB/ RCC
