Delivery To Be Given On Actual Weight Basis On Nearest Govt Weighment Scale4. The Material To Be Collected & Transported By Purchaser On His Own Cost & Risk.5. Certified That The Descripted Scrap Is Of No Use The Railway Admin Since It Has Become Condemned & Unusable6. Certified That No Nfs Material Other Than Descripted Scrap Are Lying Near The Lot & If Any Found Subsequently The Same Has Been Accounted For By The Stock Holder7. It Is Instructed That The Prospective Buyer Inspect The Lot Before Bidding8. Any Weight Difference Between Actual, Ss-11 And Joint Inspection Will Be The Responsibility Of The Stockholder
