Tender For Garden Maintenance Work In Council Zone No. 1 & 2 - Maintanance of Garden incl. Spereding of Mannure and good earth in required thickness (cost of manure an good earth to be paid sepratly) 2 Irrigation of lawns and Garden by sprinklar System 3 Uprooting weeds form the lawns plts and treanched area after 10 to 15 days of its floodingh with including disposal of approoted vegetatation. 4 Moving manully/with prower lawn machin. Manually, With Power Machin. 5 Maintenance of shrubbery of headge cutting including dispoal of rubbish with all leads & lefts. 6 Sweeping/Cleaning of Garden Roads. 7 Lawans & Path & disposal of all rubbish in garden 8 Safty security and protection of all properties in park permises for 24 hours 9 Maintenance/fitting of permanent ornamantal post/seasonal plots & pots 10 Mixing earth and manure in proportion as specified if directed for pots. 11 Filling and planting of sapplings and watering of plots. 12 Weeding hoeing stacking & Colouring of plots. Material will be supplied by the department. 13 Prepration of beads for bedging and shurbbery by excavation 60 cms. Deep and ternching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cms. Reffiling ther excavated earth after breacking clouds & mixing with manure in ratio 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after redction by 20% 1 part of stacking volume of manure after reduction by 8% flooding with water filling with earth in necessary (cost of manure of extra earth to be paid for seprately) 14 Degging pits in ordinari soil & refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reductuion by 20% 1 Part of stacking volume of manure after reductuion by 8%) Flooding with water and dressing including removal of surplus earth (cost of manure of extra good earth if needed to be paid for seprately) pit dia 60cmX60cm deen. 15 Planting of annual sappling watering in the bad. 16 Grassing with dood grass in patchees left ungrassed in lawn area. 17 Preparatation of grup plantion at the bed. 18 Preparatation of edging cutting lawn. 19 Group Plantatin in the bed Specified. 20 Singal Rates of all works Per Sq.
