New pulleys ( Tail Pulley) to be shifted from the store to Pressure filter area. 2. Permit to work must be taken from the concerned engineer. 4. After removing the belt by AMNS team, Tail pulley and bearing covers to be opened to remove pulley from position. 5. Suitable chain blocks to be positioned to shift the pulley from position to zero meter. As crane approach is not available, rigging activity to be done by chain blocks. 6. Remove the old pulley from position, 11. Tail Pulley to be dismantled from the position and dismantle bearings and housings from the pulley. 12. Assemble new tail pulley with new bearings and housing. Erect the new pulley into position. 13. Fix the take-up screws, align the pulley <(>&<)> fix the accessories <(>&<)> fittings. 14. New roller to be shifted from the store to Pressure filter area. 2. Permit to work must be taken from the concerned engineer. 3. Plummer blocks to cleaned and opened for bearings inspection. 4. Clean the grease and inspect the plumber block, bearing and shaft for condition. 5. If all are good, bearing clearance need to be checked. Bearing Sleeve tightness to be checked and retightened. Fill new grease in the block and assemble. 6. If bearing / Plummer block is damaged, replace the component and assemble the roller. 7. If roller shaft is worn out, replace the roller with a new roller. 8.
