for Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WMM laid in two layers of 75 mm each, Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 5 M&L for applying evenly a priming coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS:8887 at a rate of application of 0.7-1 kg/sqm on surface of WMM/WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam using paving bitumen of VG-10 with 4% binder content laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 50mm) complete all as specified & directed. 7 M&L Applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface as specified and directed. 8 M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 6% binder content with paving bitumen of VG-10 grade by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete, using roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity and vibratory roller complete all as specified & directed. 9 Supply and fixing cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972 fixed with and including MS Stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. 10 M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. 11 M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggreagte) as in foundation filling, sub base and mass concrete. 12 Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, & n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard / dense soil. 13 M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) complete. 14 M&L for Mild steel TMT Mild steel bars 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping forcolumns, hooking ends and
