Preventing Maintenance Of Dps And Sls At Cbd-Vii In Aa-Ii Under Ntk Project.- 1 Preventive maintenance of pump motor by expert mechanic for lubrication of pump bearing, checking seals for leakage and replacement of worn out seals, gland packing, cleaning of the pump and surrounding area and pump motor bearing, to remove dirt and debris. Cheacking of pump operation, pressure guage and noise level and vibration of pump, checking of pump motor alignment, electrical connections and motor terminal, top up of lubrication oil, greasing of all pump motor bearings, thorough checking and repairing of cooling and lubrication arrangement, thorough checcking of foundation, tightness of nuts and bolts and vibrations, repairing of proper drainage of leakage water from pump base and others including supply of all necessary materials tools & instruments required to complete the work as per direction of EIC. 2 5 nos. 200kW pump (DPS) 3 3 nos. 110kW pump (SLS) 4 2 nos. 30kW pump (SLS) 5 Repairing the damaged RCC pump Foundation by dismantling the pump from existing foundation, stripping off the old Foundation and making the foundation with proper alignment by supplying necessary requirment of cement, sand, stone chips etc. and reinstallation of pump with proper allingment, testing and commissioning the pump motor as per direction of EIC. 6 Repairing of iron staircase, railing, checker plates, iron inspection pathway and others grill structure in the pump house or nearer to pump floor by supplying necessary iron materials after cutting the damaged portion and welding for restructuring by new supplied materials after scrapping and edge preparation with the help of gas weldingor machine welding including supply of LPG gas, oxygen, welding rod and hiring charge of welding machine etc. for complete the job as per direction of EIC. (approx. 252 Kg.) 7 Spray painting the pump-motor set, Pipeline (suction & delivery side), vavles, actuators, pathway, railing etc. including all iron materials by two coats of anti-corrosive paint over one coat of Red Oxide Primer after thorough scraping & proper cleaning of the surface as per direction of EIC. (approx 772 sq. mtr.) 8 Repairing the dewatering pumping arrangement by overhaling the pump motor, panel and repairing the pipe line and valves including supply necessary materials as per direction of EIC. 9 GST @18% of Total Value in Amount 10 CESS @1% ofTotal Value in Amount
