    Repairing Of Various Types Of 20 H.P Centrifugal Pumps Set Under Domkal (A-M) Sub-Division In Murshidabad District.- 1 Repairing of Various type 20 H.P centrifugal water Pump 2 Impeller shaft re-metaling , turningng, threading and key waycutting all complete as per sample. 3 Making M.S Jam Nut with lock washer as per sample . 4 Bearing housing of Pump body reboring and fitting new socket(Making & Supply the new socket ) as required size. 5 Impeller bore to be reboring key way making as per original shaftsize 6 Making and supply 5/8 dia stud with nut as per sample. 7 Extracting of old stud and reboring and reheating the bore withsupply of matching stud on the volute case cover as per sample . 8 Dismantling, fitting & fixing with packing with priming ( Complete Pump) 9 Opening making or re-threading of set of priming nipple. 10 Making Supplying fitting or priming nipple as per sample. 11 Boring gland flange for AEI/CEC/KIRLOSKAR/VENUS/GEC Pump. 12 Supply flat belt of size 8 x 4 for fitting fixing the belting system of iron coupling. 13 Making & Supplying for 1/2 x 2(3/8x1.5) nut and bolt for fitting fixing the volute case of water pump 14 Making & Supply of gland packing bolt. 15 Supplying and fitting of gasket for volute caseing. 16 Fitting & fixing pump shaft (Departmental Supply, if required) 17 Fitting & fixing pump impeller (Departmental Supply, if required) 18 Loading at the lifting and unloading at the destination including carriage of water pump from departmental store to workshop & back to departmental stor again 19 Painting two coats of both inner & outer portion with best quality synthetic enamel paint (to be approved before use) including smoothing surface by sand paper for removing old paint as per direction of E.I.C.(b) Pump WRDD SOR Page-25/It-9b 20 Add GST 18% onSL no 19 21 Add Cess1% onSL no 2 -20
