Scope of work: Michrotech / Oxydeck flooring to be removed on various compartment of INS Jamuna and clean the debris from compartment and shift to designated place as mentioned by HSL.Terms and conditions:(a) All tools and tackles required for removal of flooring are under supplier scope.(b) Work to be completed within 10 days from the date of LOI/PO.(c) Hindrance Register must be maintained and duly signed by HSL Supervisor and officer for not getting clearances from ship/other section.(d) The firm should deploy atleast 45 people with 25 machines for removal of flooring (macroteck) with supervisory staff and shall prepare to work round the clock on all days including holidays. Failing which appropriate penalty shall be imposed.(e) Safety – Personal Protective Equipment shall be used by contract person’s workman on all time.(f) Vendor has to perform all works in most professional way and it should compliance to Safety procedures, failing of compliance of safety during work will be penalized and viewed seriously by HSL.(g) Scrap generated by your firm to be remove on daily basis and to be deposit at designated place as mentioned by HSL.
