Tender For Furbishing (Furniture, Electrical, Data Cabling & Low Side Air-Conditioning) Work At Corporate Finance Branch(Cfb) & Stressed Asset Management (Sam) Under Regional Office Delhi South. Dismantling, removing/chipping (manually / machine driven), carting and cleaning away debris of existing workstations/modular/wooden counters/teller counters/Branch Manager cabin furniture/ standalone counters (including table, cubicle, counter partitions-solid & semi-glazed, cash cabin doors, side & back storage units, fixed switches, switchboards, panels, DBs, data points, telephone points, etc. ) along with other accessories complete in all respect and also disconnecting & removing wires/cables and removing electrical fittings and stacking as per Banks instructions and disposing the unserviceable malba from site to the dumping area upto any lead earmaked by local statutory authorities. For removal of electrical wirings at any place no separate measurement & payment shall be done). The rate shall also include cost of scaffolding, temporary platforms etc. Out of the above items few dismantled furniture/fixtures such as tables, doors, storage, etc. and electrical fixtures, ACs etc. items as identified by Bank need to be stacked by contractor as per Banks instructions for further use or disposal as required. Contractor cannot claim on these identified items False ceiling Works : Note : i) Rate to be included for all kinds of profiles and cut outs required for light fixtures, Speakers, Smoke detector, trap doors and AC grill in the ceiling. Provision for light fittings, AC grills and diffusers have to be made at no extra cost supported with tees, Angles, etc. suitably fixed all complete as per drawing and direction. The area of these cutouts which is less than 0.5 sqmt for one unit will not be deducted while measuring the ceiling area. ii) The contractor must co-ordinate with electrical & AC contractor for working out various levels for the false ceiling & make the marking on the walls / columns before starting the false ceiling work. Measurement will be on sq. ft. only for all types of width. Providing and fixing Low height partition from floor level up to the 1220/1540mm with frame work of aluminium1.75 x 1.75 at spacing not exceeding 600 mm center to center in vertical direction (Vertical member to be in one piece) and horizontal direction, 7 mm or more boards to be fixed on both sides, including grooves as per instructions and 1.0mm thick laminate to be fixed on top. 15 mm beech wood molding on top and side edges of partition and including 12 mm etched glass above 900 mm in straight / taper or curved shape as detailed, complete with polishing/paining the grooves as per design and to the satisfaction on Architect / Bank.
