Tender For Maintenance / Repairs To Area Drainage, Rain Water Harvesting Pits Etc At Afacunder Age (I) (Af) Coimbatore.; 1 Demolitioin of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built incement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles 2 Demoliotion of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness(below or above ground level) 3 M&L for PCC 1:4:8type D2 (using 40 mm gradedstone aggregate) as in bed for drain complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for Cement concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded graded)in surface channels and drains 5 Pre-cast cementconcrete block masonry1:3:6 type C1 (Usig 20mm aggregate with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6mortar, complete in walls 6 M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for coping and benchinginside the manholes including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for extra form farming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds ,mitred stopped ends etc. 8 M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick wall surfaces, finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. . 9 M&L for Precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab for manholes set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately (use and waste of form work is deemed to be included). 10 Demolition of Pre-castReinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 1.5cm thickness (below or above ground level) 11 M & L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over,cut to length ,bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia for securing with clipscomplete all as specified and directed. 12 S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 13 M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including preparation of on new steel surfaces all as specified and as directed. 14 Excavcation in trenches n exc 1.5mtr in depth , in soft loose soil ( broken brick bats in soak pits) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 15 Supply only broken bricks for loose filling of gauge 40mm to 80mm graded 16 Removing off demolished/excavedbuildingmaterialout side the campus including loading and unloading etc., to a distance exc 5.0 Km but not exc 10.0Km out side the MD land. Note: Responsibility of getting permission from concerned authority for disposal off and place of depositing the debris outside MD land and rests with contractor under his own arrangements.
