(a) Detail inspection and Dismantling of Crab Trolley at a Height of 7 Mtrs. , including Gears / Wheel, Shafts, Hand Chain Wheels etc.- 01 Job(b) Re-fixing of thedismantled parts after itsrepair and Tightening of all Bolts & Nuts-01 Job(c) Resetting by re-adjustment of Gear Train, Chain Wheel and Chain ofthe Crane.- 01 Job(d) Re-setting properly the Control Gear box after servicingcomplete-01 Job(e) Re-adjustment and servicing of complete Locking system of C.T. Motion / L.T. Motion / Hoisting motions including Geared Coupling system of the crane.-01 Job(f) Servicing of whole crane parts completely like greasing, claening and replacing of gear oil.- 01 Job(g) Calibrationof VFD drive complete.- 01 Job(h) Supply and fixing of Motor circuit breaker with thermal and magneticprotection against short circuit and overload protection of motor upto 7.5 HPwith AC operating voltage 230/240V.- 01 Nos(j) Replacement of hoist brakes guide ring- 01 Nos(k) High graded Grease-3 Kgs(l) Supply and fixing of main supply card-01 Nos(m) Supply and fixing of single phase preventor- 01 Nos(n) Supply and fixing of lever limit switches-1 Nos(o) Gear oil of grade 150- 02 LtrNote:- Old retrived material shall be property of contractor on credit.
