    Tender For Tundish Deskulling In Sms1; To do tundish preparation activities and timely despatch of ready tundishes to CCD platform as per the instructions of VSP shift incharge 2 Multiple Handling and shifting of tundishes between places like interbay tundish transfer cars(TTC),tundish preparation spraying pits, tundish back up lining repair area, tundish setting preparation area, nozzle pushing stands ,tundish drying stations etc. as per the instruction of shift in charge or his representative 3 Removal of used tundish covers from used tundishes and placement of ready tundish covers on ready tundishes to be done for every tundish as per instructions of shift in charge or his representative 4 Loading, unloading and shifting of repaired/damaged/new tundishes from TPbay to Aux shops and vice versa whenever required. 5 De skulling of used tundishes with the help of tundish nozzle pushing stand .After placing and fixing the used tundishes firmly and properly on the tundish nozzle pushing stand, the tundishes should be deskulled by operating the nozzle pushing stand. 6 Tundish De skulling with help of slings, tools, tackles and by lancing any jammed areas properly and carefully whenever required 7 Doing all the miscellaneous jobs related to Tundish handling and Tundish deskulling jobs as per the requirement and as instructed by the shift incharge or his representative
