Tender For Provision Of Lighting Arrangement At Dark Spots In Village Ghasipura In Ward No.124 Under Ngz.; 1 Providing and fixing name board made of MS sheet 90 x 60 CM , 1 mm thick with frame of MS angle 50 x 50 x 6 mm, two diagonal braces at the back of sheet of MS flat 40 x 6 mm, total height of the board above ground level 2.40 mtr, lenght of legs below ground level 0.30 mtr embedded in CC block 1 : 2 : 4 (1 cement : 2 coarce : 4 graded aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 30 x30x45 cm encluding excavation and removal of surplus earth with in 50 m lead, applying priming coat of approved steel primer, painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and lettering with enamel paint of approved colour (one side) as per drawing/direction of Engineer-in- charge. 2 Supply of 70 watt LED Street Light Luminaire fitted with lens made of pressure die cast aluminum housing and toughened glass cover complete with the following specifications as per relevant IS(a) Total System Wattage :70 Watt + 5%(b) Luminaire Efficacy -130 Lumens/watt ( minimum)(c) Powerfactor > 0.95(d) Protection Class IP66(e) LED Package shall be Ceramic Base.(f) Multi chip, Array, Multi die, mid power, integrated arrays and COB type LED Chip are not permitted.(g) Operating Current of LED < 70% of rated maximum forward current, limited to a minimum of 350 mA and maximum of 1000 mA.(h) Wattage of LED Package : One watt to Five watt maximum(i) CRI >70(j) THD<10% for complete fixture(k) Operating Voltage – 110-320 V, 50Hz +/- 3%.(l) The driver must have thermal Protection against 75 deg C ambient temperature with internal SPD of minimum 6 KV. Separate Compartment for Driver(m) Life of Street Light: Minimum 50,000 hrs 3 Supply and fixing of 32mm dia X 1 meter long G.I. Pipe (Medium Class) bracket for mounting of fluorescent/HPMV/HPSV Street Light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape , 2 nos 25mm X 6mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer , painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as reqd. 4 Installation and Commissioning of Street Light/Flood light etc. as required.
