Unnao, Site-1 Distt-Unnao - Cartage of ballast, kankar, coal, grit or sand etc. including loading and unloading but excluding stacking on pucca road (3 km) 2 Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. All kinds of soil 3 Cleaning Jungle including uprouting of trunk vegetation grass, bush, wood, tries & saplings of girth upto 30 cm. measured at a height of 1 meters above grund level & removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 meters out side the periphery of area cleared. 4 Road marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound with reflectrorising glass beads on bituminous surface - paroviding and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectrorising glass beads 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes. 5 First class brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand of 1.25 F.M. mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all meterials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 6 12mm thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & fine sand of 1.25 F.M. 7 First class brick work in 1:6 cement and fine sand of 1.25 F.M. mortar in the super-structure including necessary cutting and moulding of bricks as required and also including honey comb brick, but for wall of one brick thick including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. 8 Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 coarse sand, 4 graded stone ballast 20 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of form work in foundation & floors. 9 Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1 cement, 4 coarse sand, 8 graded stone ballast 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete, also including cost of form work in foundation and floors. 10 Earth work in excavation for structure as per drawing and technical specification clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material. 11 Fencing with R.C.C. post placed at required distance, embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only, provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 metres (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post (cost of R.C.C. posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for separately) :- Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used. With G.I. barbed wire. 12 Mild steel or iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses builts up gates, door frames, reocrd racks, roof work, gates etc, wrought to required form including drilling holes, rivetting or welding where necessry and also including supply of steel, bolts, nuts etc & their fixing required for proper completion of the work. 13 RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm (3/4) gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in RCC T beam and slab roofs and RCC cloumns excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire cost being included in the item. 14 Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage & over lapping & hooks. 15 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. Gauge approvedstone grit in proportions of 1:2:4 in raft foundation and footing excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid. Excluding GST. 16 Painting or varnishing on iron works in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint & two coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Paint to be used should confirm to the ISI No. 103. 1950 17 Finishing walls with water proof cement paint of approved make and quality on new work with two coats to give an even shade including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. 18 Supply of JCB machine with POL & operator 19 Supply of Tractor & trrolly include driver & POL 20 Supply of Beldar (unskilled) Granolethic cutter / collie / mazdor 21 Supply of mate 22 Sweeper (full time with broom and T&P) 23 Construction of Granular sub base by providing Coarse gradede material spreading in uniform layers with layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting Vibratory roller to achieved the desired density complete as per clause 401 . 24 Providing, Laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. 25 Provinding and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminos / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. 26 Providing and laying 40 MM thickBituminous Concrete with 100-120 P TPH batch type HMP prouding an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with Bituminous binder @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler, tronsporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller, to achieve required compaction as per MORTH Specificatio Clause no -509, including tack coat complete in all respect, including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. as required for proper completion of the work. 27 Providing and laying rubber moulded reptective Zig-Zag 80 mm thick interlocking tiles of precast compressed cement concreteof 30 mpa (M-30)compressive strength ISI Marked made by table vibratory method, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with ganga sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern,finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. complete as per manufacturer’s specifications & direction of Engineerin-Chargeincluding supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. as required for proper completion of the work. 28 Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture. 29 Refelctive raised pavement markers (Road Studs / Cat Eye) Supply and fixing of reflective raised pavement marker with its body surface made of tough ASA (Acrylic styrene acrylontire) of HIPS (Hi impact polystyrene) of acrylonitrile butadiens styrenc (ABS). The marher shall supported a load of 1355 kg tested in accordance with ASTMD 4280 and its reflective panels shall consist if number of lenses containing single or dual prismatic cubes of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face. Retro reflective surface shall preferably be 35 + 5o to base and areas of each retro-reflective surface shall be not be less than 13.0 sqcm road studs shall be legibly marked with name trade mark or other means of identification of the manufacturer.
