Tender For Beautification Work Of Fuvvara Chock In Mohalla Sarairafi Ward No 12 - Dismentling of brick work or stone work in lime or cement mortar and i/c staking or material as directed by the engineer-in-charge with ina distance of 60 meter (200 feet) 2 Dismantling cement concrete or brick or granolithic floors/interlocking including base concrete and including stacking of dismatled materials as directed by the Engineer-in- charge with in a distance of 60 meter (200 feet). S.I. No. 697. C.C Road 3 Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil( Loam,clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5 M,and lead upto 30 M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the Space between the bulding and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal or surplus earth as directed by the engineer-in charge upto a distance of 30 M from the foundation trenches 4 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and 2 km leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. (Chap 3 Sr. no 3.16) 5 Cement Concrete with 4cm gauge approved stone coarse sand and cement in proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all material labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 6 R.C.C. Work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm. gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:1.50:3 in colum excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all meterials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Binding wire of supplied by the contractor free of cost. as per S.I. No. 289 of Ch. 5. 7 Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications complete as per MORTH IInd Revision 2019 Specification 1600. 8 Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc, including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete. 9 Providing and fixing 18mm thick Red Granite stone gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished,machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and taxture laidover 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement mixed with matching pigment epoxy touch upd, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. 10 Supplying and fixing of LED Garden Light i/c all complete. 11 Supply of Tree with tree guard. 12 Deduct cost of old Bricks 13 Deduct cost of old Brick Bats
