Tender For Conducting Structural Audit & Stability Test Of Old Administrative Building And Chld Building At Harbour, Mormugao, Goa. Conducting structural Audit to assess the structural safety of the existing buildings by visual inspection of each building (internal & external ) to check for cracking ,delamination, corrosion stains, palling ,honeycomb, exposed reinforcement and its conditions ,taking photographs ,noting down all visible defects and record observations of distressed parts of the building ,level of deterioration etc. and find about the number and type of NDT required . All labour ,materials ,tools ,tackles ,scaffoldings etc. complete in the following premises of MPA i)Old Administrative Building (G+4) built up area- 4666 m2 Year of construction -1967 ii) CHLD building (G+3) Built up area- 1219 m2 Year of construction -1975 Carrying out Non destructive test wherever required by using digital rebound hammer for structural members like columns, beams ,slab ..etc by cleaning and preparing the surfaces by chipping of plaster/claddings to expose the concrete surfaces ,smoothening the areas using carborandum stone all in terms with relevant IS codes and conducting rebound hammer test all as per IS 13311-1992 (part2 ) or as directed including analysis of test results and preparation of separate report for each building with observations and recommendations for remedial measures if any .All labour ,materials ,tools ,tackles ,scaffoldings etc.
