Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete etc.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC( Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and manufacturer including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour on old work (one or more coats).

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade with two or more coats on old work of doos & windows.

Newspaper covering should be on wooden boxes & machines before starting the paint (Pasting & removing).

P/F False ceiling 2\"X 2\" withT grid Frame including labour etc.

5 mm thick solid foam PVC panel of required size with moulded/ extruded beading of appropriate design shape and size as per manufacturer’s specifications ( to secure the panel insert tight in place within the style and rails of shutter) matching the colour and shade of decorative type including labour.

Supply and fixing of recessed type 2’ x2’ (nominal size) LED luminaire/fitting light suitable for false ceiling,made of premium white powder coated CRCA sheet metal /extruded aluminium housing with PMMA diffuser, suitable for 240 Vac. With lumens 3600 lm or more, colour temp 6500k, lumens efficiency 100lm/watt, with integral driver including making connection, testing and commissioning complete.

P/F 1\" x 1.5\" X 0.33\" wooden boxes with handle for covering the electric boxes on corridor wall.

Shifting the electric wires inside the false ceiling.
