The job includes lifting of Engine Block safely from the vehicle by way of hyd. crane /hoist, etc and safe lowering to work surface. Dismantling the various components of the engine (cylinder head, connecting rod, crankshaft, pistons, etc) and allied parts completely for inspection and repairs. Replacement of worn out/damaged components/ parts which include pistons with ring sets, valve sets, valve guide sets, gudgeon pin set, bearing set, big end bearing set, sleeve sets, head gasket, packing set, etc repairing, machining and cleaning the necessary components by skilled labour.
