    Tender For Availing Unsecured Loans From Bank r purchase of raw coon from the coon farmers in various Agriculture Produce Market Commiee (APMC) on behalf of Govt. of India as and when the prices of kapas (seed coon) touch the minimum support price declared by the Govt. of India. The payment of kapas purchased is made to the coon farmers directly in their respecve bank accounts through e-payment. A8er procurement, the coon is processed in various Ginning & Pressing factories hired in the beginning of coon season through tender process. A8er processing, the coon bales are stored in CWC/SWC/Co–operave godowns ll its sale to the Texle Mills etc. However, in the absence of MSP operaons, it also undertakes Commercial Operations at its own risk and cost. Working Capital Requirements The Corporaon has a credit facility of Rs.40,000 crore sanconed by a consorum of Public Sector Banks (PSB). The Coon procurement operaons are seasonal in nature. Coon season starts from 1 stOctober and ends in September in next year. Therefore, the Corporaon avails the short term loans/working capital demand loans with the prepayment opon without any penal charges. At present, the Corporaon is availing short term loans for a tenure of 90 days. The said short term credit facilies are rated by M/s. Acuite Rangs & Research Limited and has been assigned the highest credit rang i.e. ACUITE AAA for long term credit rangs. The financial results of the Corporaon in the last 3 years are as und
