Supply Installation Of Electro-Mechanical Components At Replacement T/W No. Ii Of Mahammadpur Water Supply Scheme In The District Of Malda Under Malda Mechanical Division, Phe Dte.-- 1 Withdrawingthe Existingpump motor set along with its column pipeassembly and submersible cable from said T/W properly by existinglifting arrangement after disconnection of power line and delivery line. 2 Carryingthe Existingpump motor set ( to be withdrawn from the tubewell) from work site to Malda workshop inciuding loading and unloading complete. 3 Dismentling the pump motor set at workshop part by part for necessary repair 4 Supply of following spares for the pump. 5 A)Shaft sleeve (SS) 6 B)Neck Ring (GM) 7 C)Pump stage bush (GM) 8 Reassemble the pumpwith newly supplied materials in item no 4(A to C) and old serviceable spares as per direction of EIC. 9 Supply of following spares for the motor. 10 A)Top bush (GM) 11 B)Bottom bush (GM) 12 Grinding and polishing the rotor shaft to match with the newly supplied bush and painting the rotor by apoxy paint as per direction. 13 Rewinding the damaged 7.5 HP motor by supplying suitable gauge PVC insulated copper wire & by other required materials as per direction of EIC. [The rate has been derived after deduction the cost of old copper wire .] 14 Reassemble the motor after with newly supplied materials in item no 6(A to B) and old serviceable spares as per direction of EIC. 15 Painting the pump motor set after repair & reassemble by supplying oil bound paint after scraping out the old paint rust as per direction. 16 Carrying charges the repaired submersible pump motor setfrom workshop to the site as per direction of EIC. 17 Supply and delivery at site of following Cables at site, 18 1.1 KV Grade 3 core water proofflat submersible cable for above motor. 19 2.5 sq.mm 20 1.1KV Grade 10 core 2.5sqmm cupper control cable. 21 Supply and delivery of the following valves, pipes, gauges etc. at site 22 50 mm dia M.S. seamless column pipe (black) 6.8 mm to 7.1 mm thick with 150 mm long heavy type socket at one end. 23 3.00 mtr. Long excluding socket having 8 T.P.I. thread. 24 1.5 mtr. Long excluding socket one end having a thread of 11 T.P.I. & the other end having a thread of 8 T.P.I. 25 Heavy type 250 mm dia split type tube well cover with 12 mm thick clamping arrangement including holes of column pipe, air pipe and cable entry with 2 sets heavy type suspension clump, nuts, bolts and washer as per departmental design. 26 Depth gauge 100mm dia with steel air pipe of required length with all accessories for the above work including supply of good quality hand pump. (This cost includes 15 mm. dia G.I. pipes and specials) 27 Pressure gauge (H.Guru/Febig) 150mm dia (0-7Kg/Sq.cm) brass cock and fitting complete. (This cost includes 15 mm. dia G.I. pipes and specials) 28 50 mm. dia. non metalic pipes (IS:14930) and specials for protection of submersible cable (as per site requirement) 29 Anti snapping safety device for pump set by supplying suitable size MS clamps two sets and nylon rope of required length including supplying of nuts, bolts and all other materials. 30 Installation of the materials (to be supplied under above sl no 1 to 3.01 & 5 to 6.12) such as Pump motor set with column pipes, valves, panel, fiting fixing pressure gauge, depth gauge, Non-return valve & drawing delivery out-let & washout line with the supplied specials / accessories by providing antisnapping cage of suitable size including supply of cable gland,sockets, wooden board, control cable etc including brick, sand, cement rod etc as required to complete the job as per direction and up to the entire satisfaction of the EIC. 31 Making brick pillar 0.25 mtr x 0.25 mtr. for supporting of valves and pipes with 12 mm thick plaster and net cement finish complete. 32 Supply,delivery of M.S Kiosk box of 661mm x 559 mm (LxW) Size having thickness of 1.5 mm with angle support at four legs having hight of 661 mm with provision of locking arrangement, supply of lock,cable entry point incl painting by one coat of black paint over one coat of primer all complete. 33 Making suitable size pump foundation including erection of Kiosk box with supplying of necessary cement, sand and stone chips including plastering and net cement finish complete. 34 Making double earthing arrangement in compliance with IE rules by G.I. pipe electrode of 50 mm. dia 3 mtr. Long 2 Nos for panel and pumping machinery 25 mm. x 6 mm. G.I. earth strips from earth pit to panel and all other accessories required to complete the work. 35 Supply & fitting fixing of 90 watt LED fixtures (Make-Philips Cat no-BRP033LED90CWSLRGRPSUSPD/any othe approved make of equivalent specification), IP 65 on the top of the pole and pump house it include the cost of hiring of ladder & making necessary interconnection complete by supplying of suitable gauge cu wire as per direction of EIC. 36 Supply & Delivery of 20 wattLED tube light white colour (Make -Havells(Cat no-ENDURALINEARPROBS20WLED840SPCSSIND)/Similer type of approved make) 37 Fixing only single/twin fluorescent light fitting complete with allaccessories directly on wall/ceiling by screws etc.
