Sambhaji Nagar District- PART – A (Work Portion) 2 Work Portion 3 Item No. 1 Carrying out a comprehensive street surface inspection and road asset inventory assessment using advanced AI-based road condition monitoring technology, aligned with IRC, MORTH, and PIARC guidelines. The system shall generate detailed reports on road surface conditions with defect counts and statistics, including IRI/PCI outputs as per IRC SP16-2019. A minimum of six surface defect categories shall be automatically identified and precisely masked and annotated by AI using semantic techniques rather than traditional object detection. Road assets shall be comprehensively mapped and analyzed through integrated 360° street-level visual mapping. The online portal shall be architecturally integrated with post-based mapping, enabling the ingestion of 180° data acquired via mobile app and allowing dynamic superimposition of newly captured datasets over historical imagery. This facilitates advanced time-series analysis, temporal condition differentiation, and supports predictive maintenance strategies. All GPS-tagged images, asset inventories, surface conditions, work progress, budgeted vs executed lengths, IRI/PCI values, and structural elements such as bridges shall be unified on a single interactive dashboard accessible to officials. The entire system is indigenously developed in India to meet national infrastructure monitoring needs. 4 Item No. 2 Providing annual license subscription for an indigenously developed AI-powered mobile application designed and built in India for comprehensive inspection and monitoring of road surface conditions and assets across all roads within the designated jurisdiction of the authorized user. This subscription includes advanced AI processing capabilities and access to an integrated web portal for seamless data visualization, reporting, and maintenance planning. The application enables structured 180° data capture and automated upload for AI-based defect identification, GPS-tagged photo documentation categorized by work, and standardized IRI/PCI condition data collection. It further facilitates bridge inspection with image and note management, and supports integrated chainage-wise road mapping with in-app visualization. The system also allows auto-navigation to specific chainage points for accurate field deployment. All collected data is synchronized with the Interactive web- portal, offering a consolidated dashboard for real-time insights, historical tracking, and streamlined decision-making. 5 Item No. 3 Processing of 180° road survey data captured via AI-powered mobile application for surface and asset inspection, developed using ingeniously built technology in India. The data is processed through advanced cloud-based AI models for automatic semantic defect detection, surface classification, asset tagging, and generation of geo-tagged statistics and analytics. The outputs are compatible and mergeable with 360° street-view data for enhanced visualization and comparative analysis. All processed insights are accessible through an interactive web portal with chainage-wise, road name-wise, and road number-wise visualization, along with inspection records, asset mapping, and analytical dashboards to support planning, maintenance, and operational decisions. 6 Item No. 5 Establishment of a Centralised Road Control Room dedicated to AI-based 360° road monitoring, to be set up at a location officially designated by the department. The setup shall include a large digital display, desktop and laptop with access to an AI-powered data visualization portal, and essential temporary furniture. All equipment and infrastructure shall be provided on a temporary basis and shall remain the property of the service provider until project completion. A trained system assistant shall be deployed by the provider for one year to manage operations, ensure smooth data access, and support daily monitoring activities. This control room will serve as the operational hub for real-time visualization and oversight of road condition data collected through AI-powered 360° inspections, enabling faster analysis and better decision-making.
