| 42 | The electrical work shall include the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of complete internal and external electrical systems for the Indoor Sports Complex having a built-up area of 120 ft × 75 ft, inclusive of two badminton courts, 10 toilets, and associated common areas. The scope includes providing main LT panel, sub-distribution boards, internal wiring with FRLS copper cables in PVC conduits, modular switches and sockets, lighting fixtures including high-bay LED lights for the badminton courts ensuring 500–750 lux levels, LED panel and downlights in toilets and common areas, external lighting with high mast poles (12m height) fitted with 4×200W LED floodlights, street/pathway lighting, earthing system as per IS 3043, lightning protection system, and necessary cabling works. Provision for exhaust fans, hand dryers, and water heaters in toilets is also included. All materials, equipment, and workmanship shall conform to relevant IS standards, the National Building Code, and local statutory regulations, ensuring energy efficiency, safety, and functional reliability throughout the complex. | 44 | Providing, fabricating, transporting, and erecting a complete prefabricated building frame (as per drawing attached) made of pre-engineered steel components, including all primary and secondary structural members such as columns, rafters, jack beams, C & Z purlins, girts, clits, and bracings, fabricated using E350 grade structural steel conforming to IS 2062, sourced from approved manufacturers such as TATA, JSW, AMNS, or SAIL. The scope includes detailing, cutting, drilling, welding, bolting, shot blasting, and the application of one coat of zinc chromate primer followed by two coats of anti-corrosive epoxy or PU paint. C & Z purlins shall be hot-dip galvanized with 120 GSM zinc coating, formed to required sizes. All hardware including anchor bolts, base plates, connecting plates, stiffeners, cleats, gusset plates, and fastening systems shall be included, using 8.8 grade high-tensile bolts, nuts, washers, and self-drilling screws with EPDM washers. Roofing shall comprise Bare Galvalume AZ150 sheets, and wall cladding shall consist of Colour Coated Galvalume AZ150 (Off White), both with minimum 0.47 mm TCT, trapezoidal profile, installed with proper overlaps and sealants. The item also includes supply and installation of 600 mm turbo ventilators with FRP/metallic base plates, placed as per design for natural ventilation; double-layer air bubble insulation with aluminum foil on both sides, fixed beneath roofing sheets for thermal efficiency; and galvanized steel deck sheets (minimum 0.8 mm thick) used as permanent shuttering for composite floor slabs. Further, the work includes providing and fixing polycarbonate sheets (minimum 2 mm thick, UV-stabilized, multiwall or solid type as per design) for natural daylighting in roofing or wall areas, fixed using self-drilling fasteners and compatible sealing systems. Also included are polycarbonate louvers (fixed or operable type), framed in aluminum or steel channels, installed at designated locations to facilitate ventilation and daylight while maintaining weather protection. All materials and workmanship shall conform to IS codes and manufacturer specifications, and the structure shall be completed in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
