| 1 | Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of drain pipes, or for manhole, etc., not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting outin soft / loose soil all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - charge. Note : (i) The quoted rate of excavation is inclusive of clearing any type of vegetation and shrubs manually by employing labour or mechanically using JCB at the site of drain and for laying sewage line.
