    tender for providing Diet Service Tender For Dr. Bandorawala Leprosy Hospital, Kondhwa, Pune-1 One cup of tea per patient (sakali 150 ml) 2 Shira / Poh / Upma / Udeed Vada / Patties / Idli / Batatevda / Bhaji / Yapaki One 100 grams dayava will be required. These substances will have to be mixed daily. 3 Lunch will be served at 12.00 noon. 1) Gavachi Chapati 2) Turichiya / Mugache Daliche Varan, Bhaat, Sweet 3) Vegetables - Fruits bhaji / Pale bhaji / Kanda bhaji or one of the following 4) Usal – Matki / Vatana /Chawali / Harbara Yapaky one 5) Curd or Kadhi - 1 vessel (150 ml) / Curd / Taak / Kadhi / 340 ml milk should be given per patient daily. 6) It is necessary to give loncha, kanda, limbu, chutney, papad, food intermittently as the food changes. 7) It is necessary to give sweet items like mutton or chicken to vegetarian patients on Wednesdays. 8) Eggs, vegetables or other non-vegetarian items and sweet items for vegetarian patients on Sundays. 4 Every afternoon one fruit banana/chiku/mosambi/santry/etc or hungari fruit should be given to the patient. 5 One cup of tea per patient (evening 150 ml) 6 Same as dinner. Only at 7 oclock in the night, leave out the curd and vegetables and change the dayavi. (Athvadayatun one day giving spices and rice)
