Nozzles 4 Supply and fixing of Flow control floor inlet nozzle in white ABS 50 mm inlet connection with solvent cement type joint complete etc as required. 5 Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of 4 inch thick stainless steel 304 gr debris collection strainer of size 600 x 600 MM for easily removable to allow maintenance of the pump, cleaning of the sump made out of SS mesh of dia 5-6 mm and opening distance between 8-10 mm c/c. complete etc. as required and as per direction given by Engineer in charge. 6 Supply and Fixing of Overflow Skimmer of appropriate size in the pool (Moc 4 inch thick SS 304 Gr) for draining out excess water with flow rate 1.7 m/sec and surface area should not be less than 1.5 sqmtr as per site requirement complete with all accessories etc as required. 7 Supplying & Installation of 4 inch thick SS Main Drain 300x300 mm having flanges and blind flanges with top openable with gasket for maintenance and as per site requirement complete etc as required. Pipe & Fittings 8 Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of 65 mm dia 10 kgf / cm2 uPVC quick fit / ring fit type pipe with one end socketed and other end plain for branching with all accessories like elbows, tees, sockets including cutting, etc. uPVC pressure pipes and fittings. Pipes are manufactured as per IS: 4985-2000 standards complete etc. as required. 9 Supplying and laying of 25 mm dia OD-25 mm & ID-25 mm nominal UPVC Conduit pipe (Sch 80) ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 9537, Part III complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering complete as required. 10 Supplying and laying of 63 mm dia DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 11 Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of BUTTERFLY VALVE (MANUAL) with CI body SS disc with matching flanges nitride sheet & O-ring & PN 16 pressure rating as specified of 100 mm dia complete etc. as required. 12 Supplying and fixing of 100 mm Dia Duel Plate CI NRV PN 16 rating with matching flanges and accessories complete as required. 13 Supplying and fixing of 65 mm Dia Upvc Ball Valve with matching fittings and accessories complete as required. 14 Supplying and fixing of Following Size Upvc Puddle Pice with matching fittings and accessories complete as required. a) 110 mm Dia Complete as reqd b) 63 mm Dia Complete as reqd Electricals 15 Supplying and Fixing of PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor submersible flat/Round cables complete as required. a) 3 x 1.5 sqmm Copper Flat. b) 2 x 2.5 sqmm Copper round.
