Bulandsahar Road Site-1, Ghaziabad - Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in- equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m (with help Minimum 01 JCB & 35 Labour deployed daily) 2 Clearing jungle including up rooting of rank vegetations grass,push wood trees and samplings of grith upto 30 cms measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of area cleared 3 Tractor with trolly including POL and driver.for waste collection from Surface Dressing and Jungle Cleaning 4 water tanker with sprinkler 5000 lit. or above cap.with POL/Drier Including filling of water etc. 5 Providing hydraulic excavator cum loader including POL & driver1 cum bucket 6 Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67-2012 made of high intensity grade sheeting type-IV vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of property designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The Retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for a certificate of having the sheeting tasted for coefficient of retro reflection, daytime colour and luminance, shrinkage, flexibility, liner removal, adhesion, impact resistance, specular gloss and fungus resistance, 3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obtained frem Intemational/Government Laboratory/ Institute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the certificate is obtained from international condition, it should also be obtained from Indian condition within 3 years of launching of product by the manufacture in abroad. Alternatively, a certificate conforming to ASTM Specification (D 4955-09) on artificial accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in India can be accepted provisionally In such a situation, the Employer / Client, if so desires, could seek for a performance guarantee which would be released after receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of three years outdoor weathering of the sheeting as per IRC 67:2012. SOR 6.02 15 Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thicknessmotor grader on prepared surface, first compacting in trenches by Small Ride-on Double Drum Vibratory Roller, Capacity: 3-4 Tonnes and then compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 16 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 17 Providing and laying 80 mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern. factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. SOR Saharanpur New Item 14 Road Work 18 Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Use of Median Marker provides safety against collision happening with medians during night time, or severe weather Flexible Median Markers shall be provided with fluorescent yellow colour retro reflective sheeting Type XI as per IRC: 67. Flexible Median Marker shall be of tough, high impact resistant, Injection-molded, thermoplastic body with property of flexibility to provide high durability and U shape structure having rebound/bounce back property, the sheeting shall be of Type XI conforming to IRC 67 and it should be on both the faces whereby providing maximum reflectivity at Langer distances with adequate durability. The Marker shall support a load of 13,635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The Reflective panels shall consist of number of lenses containing single or dual prismnalic cubes capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entring the lens face. Lenses shall be mouled of methyl methecrylate conformning to ASTM D788 of equivalent. The slop or retro reflecting surface shall preferably be 35+/-5 degree to base and the area of each retro -reflecting surface shall not be less than 13.00 sq.cm. the marker height shall not be less than 10 mm and shall not exceed 20 mm & amp; Width shall not exceed 130 mm. The base of the marker shall be flat within 1.3 mm all road studs shall be legibly marked with the name, trade or other means of identification of the manufacture epoxy installations, excess adhesive around the edge of the marker excess adhesive on the pavement and adhesive on the exposed surfaces of the markers shall be immediately removed. The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer. Jamun , Arjun ) 31 Providing and stacking of Bauhinia acuminata height 60-75 cm. in earthen pots of size 20 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge. 32 Providing and fixing M.S. flat iron tree guard 60 cm dia and 2 m high, above ground consisting 4 nos 25 x 6 mm, 2.25 m long and 8 nos 25 x 3 mm 2 m long verticals M.S. flats, riveted to 3 nos25 x 6 mm M.S. flat iron rings in two halves, fixing together at site with required six numbers of 8 mm dia and 30 mm long bolts, including painting two coats with synthetic enamel paintof approved brand and manufacture over a coat of primer. One name plate of 1 mm thick M.S. sheet of size 250x100 mm shall be welded to the tree guard near the middle height and letteredCPWD / PWD/ any other approved name. The tree guard shall be suitably fixed to the ground by embedding four legs of tree guard in pits of suitable dia and to a depth of 25 cm, refilling the pits with soil and ramming, complete in all respect as per satisfaction and direction of Officer-in-charge. 33 Grassing with selection No. 1 Doob grass including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn, free from weeds and fit for mowing including supplying good earth, if needed (the grass and good earth shall be paid for separately).
