Supply and application of two-component, high elasticity cementitious mortar made from cementitious binders, selected fine-grained aggregates, synthetic fibres, special admixtures and synthetic polymers in water dispersion (such as Fosroc/Dr Fixit/Sika or Equivalent @ 1 box per quarter minimum (10 Kg liquid + 20 kg powder) or equivalent chemical) for waterproofing on external cracks, walls and on similar location at all height including all labour, material, scaffolding etc. charges. Apply the product on the surface of clean, dry substrates with a roller to form a layer at least 2 mm thick, then finish off the surface with the same trowel. The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Contractor needs to carry out this work through an authorized applicator of manufacturer only and the warranty of the job shall be 5 years.
