Tender For Dry Dock Repair Of Sl Gandak During Fy 2025-26; 1 Beaching, blocking, unblocking including dock hire and mooring charges as require to be done for complete repair ofvessels. Blocking is to be done at sufficient height for underwater inspection, scrapping, chipping, wire brushing, cleaning , repairing and painting as per under supervision of IRS/ IWT surveyor. 2 Ultrasonic testing is to be carried out of underwater hull , deck plate, and hull to LWL , ship side plate for thickness as per direction of EIC and inspection of IRS surveyor. 3 Cropping and renewal of under water plate , deck plate, shipside plate and other fitment after ultrasonic testing as per under supervision of IRS/ IWT surveyor and as per direction of EIC. As per report of ultrasonic test including labour charges and cost of spare/ material (MS plate as per sample). 4 Mud box, sea valve to be checked repaired and cleaned as per direction of EIC and inspection of IRS surveyor. 5 Labour Charges 6 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 7 Chipping, scrapping , wire brushing, cleaning and painting is to be done for painting of vessel from keel to water level,and painted by 3- coat as per painting scheme marine Quality paint after applying 1 coat of anticorrosive paint/ primeras per under supervision of IRS/ IWT surveyor as per direction of EIC. 8 Chipping, scrapping , wire brushing, cleaning and painting is to be done for painting of the entirevessel side shell plate from LWL to main deck, superstructure (cutter unit, spud carriage unit, dredge discharge pipe, ballast tanks, hatches, engine room, man holes, bathroom, bilges, bollards, wheel house, crane,railing including all fitments are properly cleaned and to be painted by 2- coat marine quality paint after applying 1- coat of anticorrosive paint/ primer. 9 Aft main deck plating observed in rusted and corrodedcondition, found hole on main deck . It should be properly sealed or welded as per OEM standard. 10 Watertight integrity of WT hatches, manholes, ventilation flap (Air Vent) found to be defective. IRS recommended to replace all fitting. And these all fitting should be air tight as per OEM standard. 11 Labour Charges 12 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 13 Main deck davit crane (02nos) with steel wire found jammed is to be serviced or replaced as per IRS recommendation as per OEM standard. 14 Labour Charges 15 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 16 Main engine( Make: Greaves, Model: TBD2V6, 6 cylinder , 180 HP each )both port (Sl. no. 13050670049) and starboard (sl no. 13050670069) side exhaust temperature meter , sea water gauge found nonfuctional to be repair or replaced as per OEM standard. 17 Main engine both Port and Starboard side all electrical wiring connection and hose connection found in loose condition is to be properly clamped or fixed as per direction of IRS surveyor and EIC. 18 Main engine both port and starboard side are to be serviced and full overhauling to be done by authorized dealer based on running hours as recommended by IRS surveyor and EIC. 19 Found leakage of smoke from exhaust mainfold from Main engine on starboard side is to be repaired or replaced as per direction of IRS surveyor as per OEM standard. 20 Labour charges 21 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 22 DG-2 (Make: Kirloskar, Model: TV2, 2 cylinder, 14HP, sl no.- 19.1075.01/0700002) all safety system (Low lube oil pressure, seawater temperature, over speed, RPM meter, engine stop key etc ) in local panel found non functional is to be repaired or replaced as recommended by IRS as per OEM standard. 23 Found fuel hose damage and observed leakage of oil in DG-2 to be service and overhaul based on running hours and OEM instruction manual. 24 DG-2 fuel return pipe found damage, it should be repaired or replaced and pressure tested to avoid any fuel leakage as per direction of IRS surveyor and as per OEM standard 25 DG-2 Exhaust Pipe lagging found damage, it should be replaced with standard quality material as per OEM standard 26 Labour charge 27 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 28 Portable emergency fire pumpfound in rusted condition. All these lines and taps to be pressure tested.(ii) Toilet wash basin found broken is to be replaced with standard quality andmirrors in toilet and crew cabins, wheel house are to be installed. (iii) Galley panelling,aluminium plate and wooden almirah found broken/ damage.Galley chimney and wash basin found to be serviced or replaced.(iv) Crew cabin door lock , door frame, wooden bed, wooden almirah found damage it to replaced with standard quality material.Wheel house wooden door frame is to be repaired or replaced with standard quality wooden material. 49 Labour charge 50 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 51 Wheel house master chair is to be installed for smoother operation of vessel with standard quality wooden/ polymer material.
