Tender For Dry-Dock Repair Of Pt Birsamunda In Nw-1 For The F.Y.2025-26; 1 Beaching, blocking, unblocking including dock hire and mooring charges as require to be done for complete repair ofvessels. Blocking is to be done at sufficient height for underwater inspection, scrapping, chipping, wire brushing, cleaning , repairing and painting as per under supervision of IRS/ IWT surveyor. 2 Ultrasonic testing is to be carried out of underwater hull , deck plate, and hull to LWL , ship side plate for thickness as per direction of EIC and inspection of IRS surveyor. 3 Cropping and renewal of under water plate , deck plate, shipside plate and other fitment after ultrasonic testing as per under supervision of IRS/ IWT surveyor and as per direction of EIC. 4 Sea chest, mud box stainer to be checked repaired, cleaned and painted as per direction of EIC and inspection by IRS surveyor. Air vent(p) for sea water mud box should be serviced/repair as per direction of irs surveyor. 5 Labour Charges 6 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 7 Chipping, scrapping , wire brusing and cleaningis to be done for painting of vessel from keel to water level.painting of the underwater hull plate and side plate to be done by 3 coat as per painting scheme, marine quality paint after applying 1 coat of anticorrosive paint/ primer from Keel to WL as per direction of EIC and inspection of IRS surveyor & EIC. 8 Chipping, scrapping , wire brusing, cleaning and painting is to be done for painting of the entirevessel side shell plate from LWL to main deck, superstructure (cutter unit, spud carriage unit, dredge discharge pipe, ballast tanks, hatches, engine room, man holes, bathroom, bilges, bollards, wheel house, crane,railing including all fitments are properly cleaned and to be painted by 2- coat marine quality paint after applying 1- coat of anticorrosive paint/ primer. 9 All main sea suction valve and line valve along with its entire pipe line to be checked, tested and serviced, repaired/ renewed including other fitment of valve in entire ship as per direction of EIC and inspection by IRS surveyor. 10 Labour Charges 11 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 12 Water tight integrity water tight hatch,manhole, ventilation flap wire mess found defective to be changed/replaced of all watertight & gastight fitting along with hose testing/chalk test as under supervision of IRS and as per direction of EIC. 13 Labour Charges 14 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 15 Piping systems including valves and union joints found to be sub optimal and affected by corrosion.recommended overhaul/repair & replacement ofvalves as per requirement followed by pressure test post overhaul ing as per recommendation of IRS surveyor. 16 All hydraulic oil supply lines and pressure gauges to be checked or repaired or replaced followed by pressure test as per OEM instruction. 17 Service tank(p) drain cock leakage of oil should be arrested and serviced/repair. 18 Labour charge 19 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 20 Main Engine(MAKE: cummins, model; NT855M, SL. No. 25273427, 270 BHP) STARBOARD SIDE complete overhauling is to be done based on running hrsby authorized dealer as per recommendation of surveyor. 21 Labour charges 22 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 23 B -check main engine port side (MAKE: cummins, NT855M SL. No. 25273448, 270 BHP) should be done along with turbocharger suction hose should be checked and service/replaced by authorized dealer as per recommendation of Surveyor. 24 Labour charges 25 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 26 B-Check of DG-2 (Make: Kirloskar, model: TAF2) should be done along with silencer pipe on main deck found rusted/corroded should be repair/serviced by authorized dealer. 27 Labour charges 28 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 29 Gear box port side(Make: Kirloskar, model no. MG-512/3:1, SL.No. AA0084)and STBD( Make: Kirloskar, model no. MG-512/3:1,SL. No. AA0083) oil leakage to be arrested along with servicing/repairment of entire unit by authorized dealer as per oem instruction. 30 Labour charges 31 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 32 Both side propeller,propeller shafts and it bushes are to be opened for finding out the clearence and checking the turness.Build up of bushes,shafts and blade etc. and fitted back in OE position as per drawing after fairing with same composition of material/renewed(if required). The propeller,balancing,beddding etc. to be done as required as per direction of IRS surveyor. 33 Labour charges 34 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 35 Both side rudder assembly to be dismantalled,rudder stock, shaft,bushes to be checked and if required same to be build up as per oe size(as per drawing) and fitted back in position as per oem reccomendation. 36 Labour charge 37 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 38 AC/DC electric lines to be checked in wheelhouse/cabins and engine room,dc light,navigation light,search light and search light stand ,switch boards,electrical panel board,electric horn,fans with push button to be checked/repaIr/replace as per direction of irs surveyor. 39 Labour charge 40 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 41 Wheel house/engine room telegraph panel should be checked and repair/replace. 42 Wheel house rudder indicator glass along with all digital indicators(p & s) should be checked and serviced/repair. 43 Labour charge 44 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 45 Main deck fire hosebox , fire hose 02 nos. , fire nozzel 02 nos. same are to be repaired/ renewed and have to make leak free operation and other accessories as required as per direction of EIC / Surveyor. 46 Labour charge 47 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 48 All toilet/ washroom taps, valves.
