The rate is inclusive of scaffolding and staging if required Sqm 117 2 Exterior Painting: Finishing walls with ready mixed Premium acrylic emulsion paint of green pro eco labelled products of Asian paint, Burger or equivalent brand of required shade as per instruction of Engineer in Charge having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives after throughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials as specified and directed by the department. Repairing work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm. The rate is inclusive of scaffolding and staging if required, removal of unwanted plants from walls & application of suitable chemicals for prevention of growth of plants, plastering of damaged portions of wall and chajjaas (with application of fibre reinforced concrete, wall putty and water proofing materials for finishing), fixing of reinforcement whenever required as per instruction of EIC.
