Part ARepair:- Dehydration of transformers by filter machine to maintain the breakdown value die electric strength of oil up to 50 KV (NV) non-breaking capacity including providing oil testing facility at site. ( 1 nos transformer 500 KVA ), BDV testing before dehydration and after dehydration , Including machine transportation & other charges completeas required

Supply & topping up of transformer oil after BDV testing & dehydration (as required )as perIS335/1983

Decarbonization /cleaning of transformer parts

Replacement of Silicagel breather filled with fresh silicagel as per design of the transformer

P &F of transformer top gasket(with seal ) with nut and bolts etc as required to prevent oil leaks due to overheating of transformer . The gasket sets shall beconforming to IS-4253/P-II/1980 and any amendment thereof

P& F /replacement of Double float Buchhloz relay complete with alarm & trip contacts as per design , make and specification of the trasnformer

P&F / replacement of Sundry items including Air Release Plug, Arcing Horns, Cover Bolts, caps screws, Washers , insulation material, minor repairs of the tank and other parts, if required any and not covered under theAMC .

Part B: AMC Annual Comprehensive maintenance of 11 Kv / 433 voltssubstation ( MCD jurisdiction ) at SMB Shastri Park under Shahdara South Zone inclusive ofequipmentslike 1 nos. - 500kVAoiltransformers, HT panel , Circuit breakers , APFC panel (capacitor bank) , main LT panel , relays , bus bars andallied accessories . The AMC shall include one-time servicing and relevanttesting of complete system( also calibration of relays , earth and insulation testing , thimbling and proper tapping of HT , LT cables relating to substation etc. as required . )It covers routine & preventive maintenance, providing consumables ,attending complaints/ faults/ breakdown and taking rectification actions for ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the system , maintenance of records/ documentation etc.The work also includes providing and replacing any defective parts (including rewinding of the transformer, replacement ofHT cables, MCCBs, CB, Lighting arrestor , etc. as and when required during AMC period ) by providingqualified, experienced and trained, skilled workers etc. as required.
