Removing of old unsv plytop from charpoy GI pipe and supply and fixing new 12 mm thick plywoodBWR grade ISI Marked with 62 to 65 mm long x 6 mm dia full threaded nut and bolts with washer in bothside by drilling 3 Nos of hole in each long rail and 2 Nos of hole on each short rails. Rest all directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

S & F new iron strip of size 900x40x4 mm thick duly black painted on long rails below ply wood top.

Removal of unsv long rail from existing frame of charpoy of GI pipe and supply and fixing of new long rail made out of GI pipe 32mm nominal bore medium grade ISI marked all as specified and shown on drg.

Removal of unsv short rail from exiting frame of charpoy of GI pipe and fixing of short rail made from unsv long rail retrieved from charpoy GI pipe against Ser No. 3 above after cutting threading of both ends to the requires size complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Removal of unsv leg from existing frame of charpoy GI pipe and fixing by made from unsv long rail/Short rail retrieved from charpoy GI pipe as per item No. 3 & 4 here-in-before including cutting threading complete all as specified.

Repair of Charpoy GI frame including tightning, cutting, threading of both ends to the required size of long rail, short rail, leg complete all as specified shown on drawing.

Removal of unsv elbow three way 32mm bore from existing frame of Charpoy GI pipe and supply and fixing new elbow GI three way 32mm bore medium grade ISI marked all as specified and shown on drawing.

Removal of unsv check nuts from existing frame of charpoy GI pipe supply and fixing new check nuts GI 32mm bore medium grade ISI marked all as specified and shown on drawing.

Taking out exisiting unserviceable nylon newar from Charpoy GI pipe. Tightening each part ofcharpoy,supply and fixing of03 Nos MS flat ironof size 40mm x 4mm of length equal to width of ply wood/GI Charpoy duly paintedwith two coats of synthetic enamel black paintover a coat of primerand fixing it tightly to GI Charpoy with nuts and bolts and washers of suitable size including necessry drilling into GI Pipe ,drilling holes 03 Nos each in long rails, 02 Nos each in short rails, 03 Nos on all flat iron for fixing the flat iron to plywood with and incl screws of suitable size from bottom and supply and fixing 12 mm thick BWR Grade Plywood commercial fixed to GI Pipe frame with 10 Nos GI nuts,bolts of 6 mm dia,62 to 65 mm long,complete all as specified & directed.
