All completes as per direction of Engineer -in-ChargeNote: Any complaints regarding leakages/maintenance issues etc. intimated to the agency by the concerned field staff through any mode (verbal/offline/online/e-mail/whatsapp) shall be resolved within 72 hours and submit report with the proofs. For non-compliance of the same beyond 72 hours after intimation, a penalty of Rs. 500/day for each complaint, subject to maximum penalty of Rs. 5,000/- of each complaints, shall be imposed to agency and shall be deducted from the running/final bills.
