| 2 | Propeller Shaft & Rudder arrangements including all bushes are to be dismantled and fitted back after necessary repair. |
| 3 | Both the rudder stocks are to be renewed. |
| 4 | Both sides rudder stock Top & Bottom GM Bushes and Gland Cover of Rudder Stock re-sleeving. |
| 5 | Both sides rudder stock thrust bearing to be renewed. |
| 6 | Both sides Propeller (900 mm dia., 4 blades, Mn- Bronze) to be renewed. Approx weight of each propeller-90Kg.(Propeller design will be provided by WBSTC.) |
| 7 | Propellers & couplings are to be bed-in with the respective propeller shaft. |
| 8 | P.T.O to be repairing including all materials and machine shop work. |
| 9 | Engine driven Bilge suction pump and Emergency Fire pump (50 NB Suction & 50 NB deliveries) to be thoroughly repaired including renewal and recondition of necessary component. |
| 10 | Semi–Rotary hand pump (No.-5) for emergency bilge suction requires to be renewed. |
| 11 | Bilge suction pipe lines including Fire and engine cooling line, mud box, sea chest & valve chest are to be thoroughly cleaned, pressure testing& boxed back to ensure sufficient cooling water supply to the engines. |
| 12 | 02nos. Main sea valves dismantled repaired, pressure tested & fitted back including spare and machine shop work. |
| 13 | Corroded, holes & thinned down plates, structural members, railing posts etc. to be cropped & renewed –Vessel hull plate – 0.60 MTDeck – 4.50 MTInside stiffening members – 02 MT |
| 14 | Corroded and thin down railing pipe (25NB) to be renewed. |
| 15 | Corroded and thin down railing post (65NB) to be renewed. |
| 16 | Supply and fitment of zinc anode on the vessel underwater portion. |
| 17 | Fabrication and fitment of steel blister fender from 200NB half cut pipe stiffened with ‘D’ shaped stiffener 500mm apart. |
| 18 | Corroded and thin down twin bollards to be renewed by 150NB pipes. |
| 19 | Corroded and thin down Single bollards to be renewed 150NB pipe. |
| 20 | 24volt 18Watt DC tube light to be renewed. |
| 21 | Anchor winchrequire to be servicing. |
| 22 | Fuel Tanks(Reserved tank) require to be cleaned and box back with new joints and fasteners.d. |
| 23 | Fuel Tanks(Service tank) require to be cleaned and box back with new joints and fasteners. |
| 24 | Fresh water tank to be chipped, cleaned and cement washed and box back with new joints and fasteners. |
| 25 | Damaged Toilet to be renewed. |
| 26 | Fabrication and fitment of aluminium sliding window at master cabin. |
| 27 | Painting work to be done as per the painting schedule. |

| 29 | Both sides Propeller shaft worn out journals metalizing by S.S. Electrode & machining to suit with the respective bushes and trueness to be checked & rectified. |
| 30 | G.M. Gland bushes & Gland cover require re-sleeving to suit with the respective propeller shaft journal. |
| 31 | Both side propeller shafts Rubber cutlass bushes to be re-rubberized. |
| 32 | Damaged bilge pipe (32 NB) to be renewed |
