TNDSS NO: 23 & 24 VI (S2) VI,VII 9,10with standard specifications. 2 For Road 3 For Kerb wall 4 Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 100mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,complete as per clause 406 of MORTH 5 Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Mix (one Part of cement, four Part of M- Sand and Eight Part ofaggrigate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO : 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge. 6 Supplying and errecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and struttingfor drainage sides andculvert body wall sidesusing 90cm x 60cm and B.G 10stifenedwith welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boardinglaid over( silver oak joists ) of size 10cm x 6.50cm spread at about 90cm including all labour charges and cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc. complete complying with standard specification. TNDSS NO: 30&86 7 Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Mix (one Part of cement, two Part of M- Sand and four Part ofaggrigate) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO: 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge. 8 Plain Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One part of Cement, one and half part of Crushed Sand (M- Sand), three coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification 9 Providing Bitumen Pad for Expansion joint including cost and conveyance of all other labour and material charges to site etc., complete. 10 Providing and erecting Single sided Double Guard Metal Beam Crash Barrier System 1.70m high, comprising of 3mm thick wall “W” beams posts and spacer channels shall be made by cold roll forming using HR conform to IS 5986 Fe 410/360 and dip galvanized having Zinc Mass of 550gmssqm, minimum 950mm above road/ ground level fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post 150x75x5mm spaced 2m center to center 312mm x 83mm flange width x 3mm thick, 4318mm long post directly embedded in the concrete (M15) pit size 350x350x800mm for a depth of 750mm below ground. All fixing bolts and nuts hot dip galvanized conforming to IS:1367 clause 4.60 all complete as per Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge 11 Supply of RCC 300 mm dia RCC NP3 class RCC pipe conforming to IS 458/2003 including cost of pipe as a finished work including all other incidental charges, testing charges including loading, unloading, transport and delivery in good condition at work site etc., complete, as directed by the Departmental Officers, as per standard specifications 12 Jointing RCC 300mm dia pipes with cement using necessary collars including the cost ofjointing materialsas directed by the Departmental Officers, as per standard specifications
