Procurement, Installation, Upgradation And Commissioning Of Oil Burner Accessories Towards Remote Operation Of U3 Under Ci Dept., Ktps Through Capex 2025-26.- 1 Oil burner accessories Additional Data: Items needed for each burner cubicle Pneumatic Operated Trip valve – 3 No’s (As specified) Solenoid operated valve: 3 nos. Air filter regulator: 3 nos. Air isolation valve: 3 nos. for instrument air connection to oil, atomize, purge valve. Air isolation valve (1/2 inch): 1 no. for main air inlet. Pressure Transducer: 1 nos. Oil isolation valve for pressure transducer: 1 no. Junction Box with terminal blocks and five-way switch: 1 nos. Counter flange, nut and bolt for fitting of trip valves: 3 sets Supply of additional hardwire like bend, tee, elbow, nipple, socket, additional piping for modification of purge and atomizing line: as per requirement. SS pipe and fittings for fitment of Valve-As required Asbestos rope for insulation of pipe – As required 2 HEA EXCITER AND IGNITER ACC Additional Data: HEA Exciter box with Spark Rod, Spark Tip & Flexible cable with conduit for electrical connection of Exciter box to Spark Rod and Reactor i.e combined pneumatic system with Power cylinder, SOV, AFR, Limit Switch etc.) Note: Other necessary items like:HEA Igniter Guide pipe assembly, hardware for fitting at burner front, MCB, Electrical Contactor, Junction Box(IP-65) etc. needed to complete the system is included under the scope of supply. 3 Erection & commissioning of FO firing firing control Burner cubicle along-with all accessories for Remote Operation of Oil burner system including Site survey, Engineering, Design and submission of Drawing for Remote Operation of Oil burner system# at U#3 210 MW front fire boiler at Kolaghat Thermal Power Station. Cable laying from control room DCS panel to field instruments will be under scope of vendor. Cable will be supplied by KTPS, WBPDCL. 4 Erection & commissioning of HEA Ignitor assembly and accessories: Erection and commissioning (including testing, demonstration and handover of whole system) for Remote Operation of Oil burner system# at U#3,210MW front fire boiler at Kolaghat Thermal Power Station. Cable laying from control room DCS panel to field instruments will be under scope of vendor. Cable will be supplied by KTPS, WBPDCL.
